ModeratorThis is the only one on my area, installed Dec 2007. Just had a call to say it made a knocking noise then drum stopped revolving.
First ever call out ot one of these, anything I should look out for?

The belt had snapped, its a fairly large belt 7PH1970, I don’t have anything like that size but wondered if a Bosch 1975 might tide me over?

I thought he might have spotted my original post Lawrence but with the servers going t**ts up in the past two days he may have missed it.
Although I didn’t know exactly what was wrong until this morning. I watched the training video last night beforehand to familiarise myself and must say it was a doddle to strip down, even without the ‘special tool’ . 8)

No, in fact its the only ISE 10 dryer on my patch. She also has an ISE 10 washer. She does breed show cats, those really hairy ones, and is a washaholic. The vent at the back was clogged with cat fur. 😥

Can confirm that the Bosch belt. 118373 1975H7 worked perfectly. 8)
Cannot leave a customer who has invested over £1200 in washer & dryer without a machine for too long. 😉

1975H7 also fits all the early Zanussi condenser driers – TC470 / 481 etc. Genuine around £5.50 + VAT.
