Hi there I was told it was a workaround to solve the problem of my fridge not cooling. I was told by someone on the forum that my thermistor was broken and is not a spare part but the c00262537 would cure it. The guy who supplied the forum never told me how or where to install it, would you know, regards steven.

It would have been easier had you stuck to the original thread. More than one thread on the same subject leads to confusion at best.:rolls:
The original thread is here: –

And as far as I know the Control Module (C00262537) fits behind the top fascia panel.June 14, 2009 at 10:32 pm #288969steved20

Do you mean the computer at the top of the door or the digital display, I have already bought a new module at the top of the door as the old one had a bit which was burnt out so I presumed it would fix it but its still the same.
Originally the light inside was stuck on, when I installed the new module at the top of the fridge, I shut the door and the light went off, then the fridge fan came on for about 10 seconds the nothing after that, the fridge does not get cool, but the freezer is fine any Ideas?regards
