    Hi, I’ve read other similar posts and believe there is something stuck in the impellar but I do not know how to access it. I’ve taken the filter out and can’t see any screws or way of getting to the pump/impeller.

    I took the right hand side outer panel off and could just about see the pump at the bottom of the machine.

    At a stretch I could reach the outer part of the pump and did manage to spin it but it was fairly stiff.

    Please help as I’m sure it’s a simple fix but I just don’t know how to get to the impeller

    Access to this is from underneath the appliance.
    Unplug power before going in.

    You’re turning the wash pump, not the drain pump. Bail out the water, pull the plug, remove tin undertray. Pump is a twist and pull fit from underneath.

    I found some glass and a bit of bone in the impellar housing!

    Now working fine.
