    Error code is 00100101 I have tiped the washer over and spun the pump by hand and it started to work and drained a load but then quit and could smell smoke (well burning electronics type smell). From my other experience once you let the smoke out there is nothing good going to come of things.
    I am hoping to get some advice as to weather its worth replacing the pump.

    You’re describing a classic pump failure. Replacement is $40 odd Oz, so got to be worth a punt. It’ll take you at least two minutes to fix.
