    Hi

    I have a 5p coin trapped between the inner and outer drum which I can see. How do I extract it?

    I hear talk of being able to remove a drum paddle but other info seems to contradict this. Is this possible or what other options are available?

    Position the drum so that a paddle is at the 6 o’clock position. Using a stout rod of a suitable diameter, locate the middle hole in the top of the paddle, insert rod, opush down firmly and to the left. Pull the paddle forwards to release, then you can go fishing.

    If you are not sure, contact your service agent. You might get a bit of a reprimand, but the problem will get resolved. 😆

    Thanks – I’ll give it a try. Is replacement of the paddle just the reverse of removal. Does it just click into place? Are any bits likely to snap off?
