Just ordered and recieved a tub assembly for Indesit W103ukbg.

    MERC00094782. (inner & outer assy)

No pulley inside, any one know if there should be, as old one is shaft is 17mm and will not fit looks like 20mm shaft on the new one.

Original had a 17mm pulley, all replacement drums come with a 20mm shaft. You have to order a C00097269 20mm pulley as well. 😥

Thanks Jim, thought as much. Only Indesit could supply a drum assy complete with a differnt size shaft and expect you to know they have changed the size and you need the pulley as an optional extra.

If you search this model on connections model search it shows all seperates parts, doesnt even show a tub assy.

All the information is on Partfinder, as long as you pay around £70 every 7 or 8 months for it. :rolls:

Is it worth it for such a rubbish machine? I have seen those written off at 18 months old.

Nor do Connections show any exploded views of Indesit/Hotpoint stuff and many of us a forced to subscribe to Partfinder (as Jim say’s every 6 months or so much to everyone’s dismay.:rolls:) Just to get the ruddy right bits we need. 👿

Being as CDSL seem to be ‘cap in hand’ these days with the Indesit company and retail their spares for them into the bargain. I live in the fervent hope that CDSL will eventually get permission to reproduce the Partfinder exploded views on their Connections website, if only to relieve us of the extortionate cost that is Partfinder. 😉

Pigs have more chance of flying though I would think?
