Hi this washing machine doesn’t start any programs. On the control panel there are four lights 2 of which are flashing F X X F any ideas

Have you had a look at the module? They usually burn out at the main connectors.

Yes if you replace top board it needs code from top of machine entering.

you need a pda issued by servis the top board holds the info and programmes the blank bottom boards.if you change top board you have to enter the tag number.

i have changed numerous pcb both top and bottom and haven’t had to program any of them is this just on this model

you can try fitting a new front pcb, sometimes this works …
if not you need pda..ally

if the main module is 546089203 or 546089103 then you need to reprogramme if anything else you dont.

the latest type of servis machines (JANUS) need to be re programmed only if the front facia board is replaced. if the main module is replaced only, it doesnt need programmed, as the facia board does all the re programming :rolls: you can tell if it is a JANUS machine, because it will have extra numbers in the filter housing. eg,, 02-54-48-29-63–96-21. these are the TAG numbers needed to re programme board. hope this helps ❗ ❓

The 203 module is fairly unreliable and the most usual to change, whilst I have had to change the facia it is unusual
