Hi gents
need help on this poor wash dishwasher sounds fine when running bottom arm will not rotate top arm may rotate taken cycle pump off no blockage anywhere wot does the valve do on the pump i would go for a divertor ?but no sign of movement, motor has pink wire to cap blue & black comes from motor to connector plug 3 in all is this a 2 speed motor feed by pcb help would be grateful
or am i looking in the wrong place water level correct if you take the bottom spray arm off run the m/c the water rises about 3inches up with little power & looking from rear tubing it goes rapid to top arm

Well, it’s our old friend the Haier, so the first question to consider is:
Do you want your customer to become your new best friend for life? Fix it this time, you’ll be fixing it forever……..
Quick check is to take the plunger out of the diverter all together and see what happens. It’s also entirely possible that you have an obstruction in the circ pump inlet side, or possibly even wrapped in the impellor itself.
Personally, I’d run away, very rapidly!
