    This o ring has expanded bigger so it will not fit onto sump 😕
    What is the part number please?

    Received part. a lot thinner and smaller diameter than original part. Odd.

    I have had something similar with Bosch dishwasher O ring. I suppose heating can expand them but I would have thought they would revert to correct size when cooled.

    These are a pain. 👿 They always seem to be too large to re-ft. I always try to avoid breaking the seal. I always just remove the 3 screws to access impellor for blockages or pump replacement. Saves a lot of time and effort if you don’t have a spare o ring. Even if you have a spare of ring or the original is still ok, there’s always the chance of catching the o ring when you in fit the pump and there being a very slow leak……last time I just used two very thin ones from a plumbers O ring kit…worked a treat and didn’t cost £3.20 plus……..

    Never had a problem before but will now start undoing the 3 screws i think.
