    hi all,went to machine today door not locking,fiddled with interlock then it worked,what is that rod type thing attached to it all about and is it related to the door not locking regards tedd

    Could be, its an emergency release strap according to Partfinder, never seen one myself. ❓

    Yup, emergency release so that the owne can flood their kitchen without your help. If you’ve “fiddled with the interlock” to get it going, I’d go for a new one. Maybe check the latch pins as well.
