AW23 Q.A check

On the first container of AW23s a few of you had machines with dents in the side clearly caused by a clamp truck.

Both Hi-way and Amica have seen the damage on the ones we’ve taken back neither accept they caused it.

To help get to the bottom of it I have personally checked the second container which arrived in Leeds this morning checking any machine where the packing seems damaged but found nothing on those machines the other 224 were in perfect condition.

This means you may receive machines where the shrink wrap has been cut open and re-sealed with tape and an ISE QA sicker put on them.

There is nothing to worry about they are the ones I checked.

We will now see if you find any damaged machines when you start receiving orders from next week.

If you do get any where the wooden slat at the front is snapped or packaging damaged but no sticker check the machine, even if you can not see anything write on the delivery note ‘packaging damaged’ then let me know immediately if you find any machines with dents on the side.
