    i have a job booked in for monday its a smeg w/m (black) the customer has given me model no wm13614bk not sure if thats right?
    apparently the drum is swinging side to side and hitting the casing, ive not been to one of the newer smeg w/m so has anyone had a problem like this?? just so i can be a bit more clued up b4 i go..

    If its hitting the cabinet then its got to be suspension mounts or legs themselves .

    probably a Gorenji made machine, must admit to only ever seeing one of these before.

    hi i went to it today ive not seen one of these b4 the model no is wm63141bk the suspension seems ok but the motor is going into full spin all the time, the tacho looks ok so could this be a board fault or motor replacement???

    just had a nosey on partmaster for a rough price on the motor and pcb motor is listed at £426.99 and pcb £396.99 how can they justify that 😯
    do smeg do anything like hotpoint where you can pay a one off fee for a repair, the machine is only 18 months old

    get the customer to kick up a fuss with smeg, they normally do a concession at that sort of age.

    Its the motor ,I forgot I had one doing it a month ago
