    We have a Hover Nextra fridge freezer that seems to be coming to the end of it’s life. We’ve had to have it repaired 3 times in the past year because the fridge part has stopped working and had to be re-gased everytime.

    So now that it’s packed up again, we’ve decided to just buy a new one.

    We ideally want a 50-50 fridge/freezer split or as close to. Height not an issue, but we have about 70-75cm to play with in width. Also frost free would be prefered.

    I’ve looked at a couple of hotpoint ones like the FF200LP. but hotpoint don’t seem to be getting great reviews.

    Are there any others that you would recommend we look at?

    Hi duck1e

    Take a look at Liebherr probably about the best of the bunch, next best Bosch and Siemens both from the same stable. Bosch will give you a two year warranty as will Siemens. Selected Siemens models through their authorised dealers will attract a full five year warranty.
