Hi got an LG washer dryer model no wd 12126Rd that coming up with a fault code of d e which is supposed to mean door error. 😕
When you put the machine on a spin the door locks and the drain pump runs for approx 30 secs then you get the error d e. I have meggered all the heaters and nothing is showing as faulty. The customer said that it tripped the rcd when it went faulty, it has a direct drive motor on it.
Not sure if its a pcb prob or a component failure any help would be most appreciated

    Thanks

d.e….. drum error , you need to change stator.
sensor on stator thinks theres a fault with drum??

these can be a bit of a mine field.. if its an insurance job we normaly order pcb and stator..

lg tech state if little red led is lit on pcb , then pcb should be ok ……take that with apinch of salt.
