Lights 3 & 4 flashing and constantly filling and pumping at same time (and it isn’t syphoning!). And only way to switch off is at plug. (Is that what that recallsafety issue was about?).
I guess I’ll just order up a board from Tony unless anyone has any better ideas. I didn’t bother taking the lid off as I couldn’t find it in the codes book but I realise now its the same as a WIDL.

A classic Indesit board fault. 😥

Thanks for that Jim. I’ve ordered a board from EMW, reasoning that repairing this piece of junk is in the customer’s best interest on this occasion. Reason being that if I didn’t fix it they’d be going to buy something of equal or inferior quality, probably with a sealed tub.

Yesterday went to look at a Servis Easiwash bought in 1996. The door handle had broken, first problem in its life. I remember seeing them in the shop windows around that time and thinking, “Can it get any worse?” 😆 Little did I know.

Incidentally, anybody know what causes the constant fill? Just so the new board doesn’t blow up when I switch on.

The ones that I have seen with this fault have been down to the board only.

No harm done running the old meggar over everything though.

I had one today with F-03 and thought NTC but checked pump filter and the fault disappeared and it ran through a quickwash ok. Just waiting for a recall now and order a board. Luckily she has a Bosch washer also so no panic.
