All I can tell you is Caple do not manufacture anything, they buy in from different suppliers. E.g Washing machines made by Fagor and once saw one made by Siltal.
Also depends on the appliance, a washer may be made by another manufacturer than say a cooker!
I am not a washer engineer but when one sees your post they may know more than me! 8)HTH
