Hi.. Im having problems with this d/washer… it is getting stuck in the cycle and just keeps running for hours unless turned off.

I have replaced the timer as i could not find any blockages and it is heating lovely… no fault found when im at customers, fills and drains ok when timer advanced. There is a push button assembly but i assume thats just a programme selector? Any ideas please guys??????

Have you checked for broken wires in the door loom?

or is it getting too hot and just cycling on the overheat thermostat?

yep i agree with steve, if there are no broken wires in the door loom (usually the thin wire returning from the thermostat). then carry out a temperture check, if it is getting too hot the toc will keep operating on and off keeping it stuck at a constant high temp and not advancing the timer. seen a good few of these on neff and bosch, look both sides of that loom as often the other wires are breaking as well.
