bosch WFD2073 Water level low

Fault complaining not washing properly leaving soap residue in door seal. not rinsing properly.

This washing machine not filling up properly on Wash, its starts to fill as normal, seems to reach level as p/switch clicks, stops filling at this point and turns then does a another top up but only for about 3 seconds (hardly any point as makes no difference).
Rinse levels are not high enough either.

Have checked all hoses pressure chamber clear, all drainage and air break hoses cleaned and checked, water valves, heater and pump all check out.

Replaced p/switch, no differnce.

When you select a rinse only program the level seems correct, water level half way up door (no way any where near this on wash cycle).

Could this be a pcb timing out, never had this fault before?
No error codes.
