    Hi, My disherwasher goes to start but then keeps beeping, we have checked the flahes and it counts to 11 which we understand is an error code. any ideas please? after reading a few posts they point to a valve any idea what it looks like? thanks Nick

    look into the base of the machine ,under the filter on the right hand side is a black grid “carefully” clean it with a toothbrush ,if that works great .
    If it doesn’t then you need that part and an engineer to fit as it ain’t always easy to do .
    Try repairs @ link on the left if you need someone

    Hi thanks just put it all back and tried it and it is now only flashing 6 times.any ideas?

    water inlet problem could all be linked i think you need an engineer to be honest .

    sorted it now. forgot to turn water on lol. thanks a lot anyway
