    going to this tomorrow customer reports partial fill then prewash flashes cant find it in error codes. any ideas before I call would help and save me working through from scratch

    Probably motor brushes.

    Starts to fill then attempts to rotate the drum, drum doesnt move. Machine aborts..

    Hiyas,
    Isn’t this the one where it has 2 fill valves?
    It fills initially a little from 1 then swaps to the other?
    If it is, one of the coils is open circuit or the valve isn’t opening.

    G/teed valve had one today, brushes would have the machine locking the door and sitting until doomsday doing nothing.

    been to it today yep! its the valve funny error code though just prewash flashing
