    Hi
    I hope someone can help

    I have a Bosch Excel dishwasher ENR SM55 0E02 GB/04

    The machine is displaying E09 fault code and it doesn`t appear to be heating.

    On that subject, I`ve removed covers but can`t find anything that resembles a heater.

    This machine is only a few months old but because its been used in a commercial situation they don`t get any warranty on it.

    That’s because the heater is part of the main circulating pump and a common failing so I’m told. BSH have had to fit loads in recent months.

    Now that’s a great shame because the fixing price is expensive. 🙁
