    want some advice , if the fan stops running, would this affect the life of circular element. have a dispute with a customer.

    Hi

    Yes fan stopping while element still on will burn out element ,if element stays on for too long without air movement.

    I don’t know if it would. The thermostat is usually right above the element so would switch it off earlier. I doubt it would make much difference to the life of the element.

    Would certainly screw up the scones though. 😀
