Technical liaison officer

Beko plc is looking for an experienced Technical Liaison Officer to join its highly successful field based team.

An extensive fielld service background in the white goods industry, including gas, laundry and refrigeration appliances, is essential as well as previous supervisory or management experience. If you are already Gas Safe registered then this would be an advantage.

The role involves visiting and managing service agents , training staff on all product ranges, meeting service level agreements, troubleshooting problem repairs, dealing with warranty claims queries..

This is a field based role covering an area from the Midlands to Northern Scotland and therefore requires a great deal of flexibility.
