    Hi,

    I have the above washing machine and for some reason whenever we select a wash cycle and press start, the screen comes up with “test”. No idea what we have pressed to end up here but we can’t seem to get the wash to begin, we have tried “Cancel” and powering it off but to no avail. I am sure it’s a simple key press combination to get out of test mode but I can’t find anything in the manual.

    Any ideas?

    SORTED, WENT BACK TO GOOGLE AND EVENTUALLY FOUND THE ANSWER

    mind you, you could have just read the section in the manual, marked ‘resetting test mode’

    its because youve pressed the on/off and start button at the same time when switching it on

    Nothing in my instruction manual about test mode, it was the first place I checked.
