This machine isn’t keeping the fridge cool, the freezer is fine though. and a second fault when i called round is the water dispenser isn’t working at all.
I would guess being only a few years old that it would have a thermistor instead of a thermostat if so does anybody know where on the machine this is hidden?
I found one useful thread via the search which tell me of a diagnosis mode but doesn’t mention the error codes so if anybody has a thought on the fault and/or the error codes it would be much appreciated. thanks.David

very common prob on these the evap cover and thermistor and poss the fridge heater will be faulty.do a search rs21 and you will find out all about it.
