My tumble dryer has just started to get noisy like a grinding bearing, everything else works ok so thinking of picking up the bearing replacement kit for £6 as a hopefully cheap fix. How long will it take and does anyone know any links to instructions. I am quite capable of gettting my hands on. Any help appreciated, Thanks 🙂

Have a look at the pics in This thread (ignore the last post :rolls: ) before splashing out – if the support is loose on the back of the drum, you’re in trouble.
Otherwise it’s a screwdriver job – make accurate diagrams of where the wiring goes before you start – if you get it wrong, we’re not allowed to help you.
