Samsung RS21 DPSM Freezer fan

I was called out to the above with fridge evaporator cover fault. (bottom bar in rh display on fault chart) Changed evap cover. Two days later got called out to same fault with freezer. (bottom bar on lh display). There is no voltage to the fan assy when switch on door is operated.
Thermal fuse in freezer is okay 0 ohms, drain and defrost heaters read correct resistance.
The freezer evaporator sensor reads 20 Kohms (yellow wires) the freezer thermister (purle wires) is reading about 9 K Ohms. The fridge temperature is reading 3 C and is 3C, but the freezer display is reading 3 C but is below zero and the freezer fan is not operating.
