    hi guys,
looked at all posts for this but cant find one that answers my question.
customer said dryer would work fine last time they used it apart from no heat.they have left it to stand for 12 months without trying it again.
i got called out to find the dryer is completely dead-no lights.
the door microswitch is fine ,the incoming supply is fine.
there is power down to the pcb.
the heater stats have both gone open circuit, but replacing them makes no difference.
the on light will not light, there are no error code lights flashing.
any help appreciated, dont want to replace the pcb to find it wont work.
    cheers.

John I think this should be in the trade section.

Sorry John forgot to add this, have you checked the on/off button and holder these are flimsy and may not be connecting.

sorry, you are right, it should be in the trade bit, my mistake.
i’ll try and get round to check the on/off , but it did feel like it was making contact and activating the small switch behind it.
