    Prod. No. 914213003. My TDS disc does not list this model. Could anyone tell me the correct room temperature resistance for the NTC? The machine is not heating. I have checked the element and its wiring. The NTC reads 1.5K which seems too low. I did try unplugging the NTC and connecting a 5.6K resistor between the wires but it still failed to power the heater. Unfortunately I don’t have a spare device to try in it.

    TDS 2008 lists it…… 😉

    Typed in biw103 into the model box and there it was. 91421300300 0r 01 to choose from. NTC is 25 K ohms at room temperature.

    Thanks Steve. I had been trying BENDIX as that’s what the machine says on it but I just tried under Tricity Bendix and found it 😕

    I’m still confused 😕 TDS shows 2 service manuals under this model, one for machines with the VS81 timer, one for RIM models, made in Spain

    The VS81 manual says:

    30 deg C 17300 ohm
    60 deg C 5460 ohm
    78 deg C 2970 ohm

    The RIM manual says:

    20 deg C 6050 ohm
    60 deg C 1250 ohm
    80 deg C 640 ohm

    The machine is the sort without the split cabinet but says Made in EU on it. Does this suggest it’s a Spanish made machine?
