    Hi.
I have a Creda Concept Solaglo cooker Serial 48341. After years of reliability suddenly the oven seemed to lose its heat yesterday. Not completely, but it did take about an hour to reach 160 degrees (usually achieved in about ten to fifteen minutes). Had to use top oven to bail us out as we had hungry guests for dinner (typical eh?). So it heats but now very poorly. What is the likely fault.
Also on the same cooker….top oven works ok but grill failed couple of years back. Elements heat if top oven on but not grill. Likely fault???

    Thank-you

Fan oven motor slow? Grill element faulty. Isolate power if going in.

Fan working perfectly at usual speed (impeller not loose on shaft either). Grill element gets hot if I put top oven on but not grill.

if your sure that it is heating up then heat must be escaping possibly through door not closing fully or seal, but the usual is the fan element fails and there is no heat just fan turning.
Sounds like your inner grill element is gone in your top oven its probably getting hot from transfered heat from the outer element which is used on top oven only
