Call came in about this over w/end. She says it’s 18 y. old and and that’s all she could find for a model no. Sounds like bearings. Anyone know if a kit is available and a proper model no. or part no?
Thanks,
Mike.
OK, she’s found it. For the record it’s AWG090PH/01. Standard 6204 plus a V25 v-ring should do it if I’m careful and the damage hasn’t gone too far. 😉

More about this. She’s found something black, plastic & toothed in the filter. Could it be “481953088025 washer, toothed” (= “toothed ring AZ5”) and if so, where does it fit? Thanks for reading.
Mike.
Just for the record. It was the bearing on the non-driven side that had gone. Unfortunately it had gone far enough that the drum had been rubbing on the plastic tub. This had become distorted by the heat so a new bearing would not have been possible to mount squarely. In case I or anyone else should one day be confronted by a similar machine, the inner drum is best released from the non-driven side by getting a hand down inside the cabinet and undoing a torx/allen bolt (t25 or thereabouts) in the centre of the shaft. Non-driven side bearing and housing should pull out once clip is released, emphasis on should. Pulley is held on by a stubborn countersunk allen bolt.
