    Hi can anyone advise if there is a defrost heater available for this model anywhere? It comes up as obsolete on Connections. Thanks .Kez

    Hi Andy, thanks for that. I’ve telephoned your company today but the lady wasn’t able to i.d. the correct part for me. She’s very kindly sending out a diagram by post as we don’t have fax, but I wondered if you might have the part number that I can call back and quote? To clarify, its the defrost heater for the freezer side – looks from connections like it may come as part of the freezer evaporator. Many thanks. Kez

    Hi Kez

    There are 2 versions of this applaince, we need to know which version.
    Both parts are called Radiators and are in stock

    Please give me a ring tomorrow on 01603 630258
