Machine will fill and empty, but I am unable to programme as all led’s are lit at half light, and module will not respond. Any ideas please? Cheers. Steve.

It does sound like a close look at the PCB is advisable. They are prone to the usual burnt relay terminals and also the main transformer on the board can play up. Especially if they don’t switch the machine off at the end of each cycle but leave in powered up all the time which bu&&ers the tranny. 😉

I have checked the module, and it all looks fine. I have been to hundreds of these machines over the years, but can’t never remember one behaving like this. It looks like I’ll be taking a chance on the module, and risk carrying yet another part that I will likely never use hehe. That’s life. Cheers for the reply. Steve.

I would send the module in to QER and get them to test it. It doesnt cost much and could save you money in the long run..
    regards,
    Rob.
