    This machine is entirely dead. Before calling out suspected interlock from customers description but there is absolutely no display or anything. Would we be looking at control module or user interface module and door interlock?

    would check the plug and socket first not the first time i have plugged machine in a different socket and its worked

    Assuming there’s 240v to the machine then yes the interlock on these blowing the PCB is possible.
