I have just booked a call in to look at the above model on Thursday, I have never been to one of these appliances and was hoping for a bit of an heads up. Basically the customer opened the door and there was a loud click as if the bulb had blown and then nothing, the appliance is totally dead, she has changed the fuse etc to no avail. Im thinking its probably blew the pcb?

There is a 6 amp 20mm fuse on the top main pcb (located on the top of the appliance) replace it with the standard 6.3 used in microwave ovens.

Is there a test programme on these appliances? Be handy to know if there was.

parts easy to get to.. take of module cover on top of f/f and you will see fuse..
    ally..

ps you wont need test prog. fairly common fault-caused by bulb failure.

look on the top of the cabinet and remove a big plastic cover that reveals two PCBs one a big mother the other a small one that the mains comes in to that is where the fuse is ,your ceramic 20mm 6.3A will do nicely
