hi all,anyone know the part no of the door interlock for hoover hnwl3136. had a call today customer said door light flashing and machine wont start.assume interlock at fault. contacted connections but they didnt recognise model no. serial no is 31000723 regards tedd

Not always, might be worth go looking first. ( bad connection maybe ) Could be the lock also as ya say though. 😀

PCB’s pop regularly on these – I’ve had 3 in the last month! Water leaking in from the lid drips on the selector and shorts it out – board pops. The machine will flash the door lock lamp but will not lock it. Another thing to look for is water dripping on the pump. This will damage the PCB as well. It could be a door switch; Connect part number 5031681043531 is a new one @ £5.50 + VAT. Cheap enough; but I agree with LJD; I would be inclined to investigate first. EMW repair the PCB’s BTW. 😉
