Zanussie ZWX1605W stops during wash and rinses.

If you select the normal 40 deg wash program it stops with these lights on, none are flashing. I fact it does not matter what program you select.

I have checked the carbons and taco all ok there have had the PCB out cannot see and dry joints burn all looks ok have tightened the edge connectors, heaters ok.

    Any suggestions please

    Thanks Bernie

This range seem to be plauged with odd faults like this. Had to stop recommending Zanussi machines because of this model

Just a thought, have you checked heater, motor for low insulation?

I had tested machine for low insulation but that was ok

have just put machine through the test program again the only lights that we flashing were the start/pause and end lights this is what I got the other time and I thought that it had finished the test, is that a fault code?

The one thing that it has done a couple of times is it has spun on wash.

Check pump by substituition if reqd as have just done so on ZWX1606W. Pump was failing intermittently during wash/rinse. Couldnt seem to catch it in the act but finally did. On bench would fail to start three out of every ten times.
