    Pn 914603209/00 this m/c is stopping mid programme,customer starts m/c on a 40 wash ,then after approx 30mins it stops with the start/pause light flashing but with no error code showing.Customer cannot select any other prog as the start/pause light continues to flash, customer eventually manages to drain the m/c (clothes are warm so heating ok).But & this is the big BUT, it doesn’t happen everytime as i have found out. It will run through a rinses prog no problem. Your thoughts please.

    Have you checked heater for low insulation ?

    Sometimes throws up error for ‘no drain’ fault

    I’ll check that but its showing no error codes at all! Now customer says she carn’t start the m/c at all.Oh well back i go. 🙁
