    We have the above fridge which has been stored for the last six months and now does not cool down. The only thing that works is the internal light, even the fan does not work. Any ideas? I would prefer to repair than replace if possible.

    Sounds like thermostat failure as this would switch the fan and compressor on at same time.

    Viable repair as long as your not ripped of with costs.

    I will look at the price of a new thermostat and make a decision.
