Can anybody help with how to get into the front of a meile washing machine.I have just got one thats only 4 months old from a customer who got the hump with meile and was about to chuck the thing in the skip.I know that the front opens up like a door at the front but …how do i get into this as i dont want to do any damage to te cabinet by trying different ways.

Assuming the newest models are not differrent, it goes something like this:
3 x 10mm bolts around the door seal,
3 x torx screws behing the dispenser draw (take out the draw, button inside between the compartments, the thrird screw is hidden down a tube in the facia moulding)
open the filter flap, release the drain hose that may be clipped to it and feel under the front edge ot the cabinet front just under the filter where there is a spring clip which needs to be released using the blade of a flat screwdriver or similar.
The whole front of the machine, including facia and controls will now hinge outwards like a huge door. If the machine is tight in its housing, you may need to pull it forward a few cm’s to allow the clearance on the hinged side.
I have assumed you have unplugged the damn thing as I am taking no responibilty for anything!
