    Hi
    We are enjoying the Rangemaster Elan 110 (electric) in our new house. However the outer bands on the 2 elements that have both an inner and outer control do not work. Could you let me know how we can go about fixing these? Also any recommendations for what we should use to clean the surface of the hob?

    is ther one set of numbers on the knob such as 1 to 6 or do you have two sets of numbers?

    The two elements that don’t work have 2 sets of numbers 1-3 (I think).
