    I have got a Zanussi TCE7227 pnc 916096121 condensor tumble dryer. The fault is when you put more than 1 towel in it the drum will not rotate. I have tried a new capacitor and relay but has not cured the fault. When you push the start button the drum tries to start but then cuts out with the relay, i suspect the motor is faulty but would like a second opinion in case it is the pcb at fault as both are expensive. any advise much appreciated

    The front drum felt seal will have come off and jammed in the front rollers. You’ll find the drum stiff to turn by hand…it should be easy to turn. Drum out, new front seal fitting…sorted! 🙂
