Just had a phone call from a possible customer.
Says she has a dishwasher ( hotpoint) that hotpoint repaired 6 months ago , fitted a new pcb and lower door seal, apparently she was told ( apparently) that she would need to take a extended warranty out on the part if she wants it to be covered under warranty, shes wrang hotpoint because its got the same fault again six months later but they insisting they want another £110 to come back out.
Anyone enlighten me on how hotpoint deal with this?
