customer called sayin door wont shut. called an fitted new door lock starts ok pumps out then 3rd from left rapid light flashes. cant hear dw calling for water?but then she says she was using it even when wasnt shutin rite. door vineer bit warpt from heat .am thinkin pcb bibe got damp.any ideas?am how would the dame thing work if it wasnt shutin rite anyway? 😥

3rd light flashing is an NTC fault. It is hard wired to the PCB and can sometimes come adrift from its locating clip on the inner door. If it is in place then it may well be a duff PCB.

sorry again but why wud it show a fault if just came adrift. thers no water goin in it to sense a temp?

You are correct, 🙂 F3 is more than likely a faulty NTC, F4 could be loose NTC or heater/pcb fault.

its the soak lite thats flashing. so take its gona be the board ? can u buy ntc on its own ?

Nope, hard wired. Two different ones depending on serial number. One around £28 ex vat the other £41 ex vat. Of course you know which one yours will be. :rolls: 🙂
