First I had trouble getting the on button to light up. It then ran until the initial rinse had filled the bottom of the washer and then switched itself off, before the powder was released. All the lights went out. I then switched it on again, it lit up for a second and turned all the lights off again. It continues to do this. No noise or smell I could detect.
The machine is 10 years old – what is your advice?
Plug kettle into socket and see what happens first. Then you need to check function of on/off switch (you said you had difficulty and they do occasionally fail). Possible that the power supply on the pcb is on it’s way out or has bad solder joints.
