    My oven won’t heat up but the fan is still working.

    I’ve checked the grill and that works fine.

    The display on the front is diaplay the hand which I think means ‘stop’.

    Can anyone tell me what is wrong or what I need to fix it as I have changed the fuse and that didn’t work.

    Mod: 100 66 13

    Plate no. 8579 1561 5000

    Any help I would really appreciate it

    Sounds like a simple fan element failure and it should be this one.

    Thanks for that.

    Is it easy to replace myself.

    I have also noticed the lamp inside the oven has gone as well does that change anything? Do I need something for that as well?

    Should be pretty straightforward, most are.

    The lamp will just be the bulb which is gone I would thing and it’s this one in that oven.

    Just wanted to say thanks. I received the parts today and within 20 mins I had a fully working oven again.

    Hi – I think I’ve got the same problem (grill fine, light fine but no heat from the oven) but I can’t see how to access the baking element to remove it.

    Remove back panel inside oven to reveal the element.

    Power off first.

    I have the same problem but no error message or hand. There is just no heat. Is this again just an element problem? Is it possible to tell that the element is broken by looking at it?

    Any help appreciated.
