    A customer contacted me today with the above machine, it comes up with an error code of E40
    any ideas please

    you need to go into diagnostcs to confirm the actual code but most e40 codes are usually down to door problems ie e41 door open

    Thanks Chris didn’t twig the link between Zanussi and AEG it’s been a long day
