    Hi there,
    Hope someone can help, my diplomat oven keeps tripping the main fuse anyone got any ideas? Also about a year ago the fan oven stopped working… Appreciate any advice as my wife can’t wait to get me down to comet to buy a new oven…

    Just an update doesn’t trip the fuse anymore it’s just dead ..only the timer working

    Hi , It’s an APL3301, .. Not sure but could it be the terminal block? Got power going in ’cause the timers working

    If the timer is still lit, the terminal block is probably still OK. Blowing fuses is usually down to element failure. Lack of any fan oven operation would point to a problem with the oven selector switch; assuming that the timer has a time set and is switched to manual.

    Power off if going in…..

    How do I check whether it’s the element or the switch??
    The switch has power going into it… Will the element show if it’s blown?
