customer says the inlet/outlet light is on and the machine wont work.
i have been out to it twice and it worked ok.
there is obviously an intermittent fault but does anyone have any ideas.

float in base activated… check for a leak from the solonoid on the water intake chamber… they dri just enough to activate the switch, but by the time you arrive all is well again

Inlet/outlet fault is generally a water level fault in the machine rather than a waterproof system fault.

Commonly this is a failure of the pressure switch attached to the wash pump, or a partial blockage in the wash pump so that it doesn’t always produce enough pressure for the switch.
You should be able hear the switch activate when the wash pump is started and stopped while water is in the machine.

Another cause is a fault in the inlet not allowing enough water into the machine.
