    Checked heater OK. Checked door wiring OK. Brought back bit100 module and replaced relay with new and checked largest of triacs OK. Reinstalled pcb and set to quickwash. Still no heat after 15mins. What am I missing?
    When I search Connect with DC27 it comes up 5031687686831 £47.62
    When I search bit100 I get a list, top of which is, “Control card BIT100 version Q1 (5045170988296) £20.88”
    They both look very very similar 😡 except for the orientation of a test socket(?).
    Can anyone enlighten me?

    Got to be the board Mike is you have checked everything, they have a habit of this fault. Go with the first part no that you have, Mpart showing board at £42 part no 086607
